Job Description

Cali Shipping is an authorized Amazon Delivery Service Provider.  We deliver packages to homes and businesses while leaving smiles on our customer’s doorsteps.  Our company is in search of ambitious, responsible, and CUSTOMER OBSESSED delivery drivers to deliver Amazon packages.  At Cali Shipping we expect for every delivery associate to put the customer first and exceed their expectations by ensuring that all packages are delivered on time and in safe manner to the correct location.  As a delivery associate with our company, you will have the opportunity to grow and advance with our company while earning great bonuses, incentives, and advancement (based on performance).  We value our drivers and customers, as we see our drivers as customers as well.  Our company provides competitive wages, health insurance, bonuses, benefits, and PTO.  

Delivery Driver Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid Driver’s License (no CDL required)
  • Good driving record (suspensions in the past 5 years)
  • Must consent to drug screen and additional screenings (marijuana use is legal in CA, but not for this driving position)
  • Military experience highly recommended
  • Authorized to work in the United States (required)
  • Delivery driver experience preferred, but not required

Physical Driver Requirements

  • Able to lift packages (up to 50lbs)
  • Able to climb in and out of a cargo van for up to an 8 to 10 hours a day (180-250) times
  • Able to squat, bend, crouch, walk-up stairs, and kneel for up to 8 to 10 hours a day
  • Ability to complete assigned routes which may take up to 10 hours to complete
